  • TIGER STUDIOS

Hi, my name is Ryan Tamayo and thanks for visiting my website. Tiger Studios was started July of 2010, when my son was born. I've loved photography since I was a little kid and turned my attention to videography to capture footages of my son as he grows up. I am married to my best friend who supports me every step of the way. My wife and I are both registered nurses by night and full-time parents to Jayden and a baby girl, Arianna Paris.

My passion is family portraits and wedding videography. Capturing the innocence of a child on film is one of my favorites. I love capturing couples on what is the happiest day of their lives, their wedding day. A wedding film can offer different aspects of the special day that pictures cannot provide. I am based out of Roseville, CA but I can travel to any NorCal location to capture any wedding videography needs.

It was of great privilege that an old childhood friend had ask me to film his wedding day with his beautiful fiancé. Karina and EC’s wedding was like a mini high school reunion of sort because EC actually remained great friends with his middle and high school buddies. I can tell that EC found the right woman to spend the rest of their lives together by the way he adores Karina. The couple is one of the most genuine and sincere couple you will meet.

Another very nice couple I had the privileged of capturing their wedding day on both photo and cinema. Busy day that started at 7am at the Citizen Hotel in downtown Sacramento. After hair and makeup was done, the two had their first look of each other just outside the hotel. Wedding photos of the couple and the wedding party was done at the nearby pedestrian only K street. From there, we had an hour to set up at their private residence for the tea ceremony where Hien wore a beautiful and traditional Vietnamese red wedding dress. After the tea ceremony, food was served which included a roast pig. Next up was a traditional western wedding held at the Happy Garden Chinese Restaurant in South Sacramento. The venue was transformed into a beautiful wedding ceremony site unrecognizable to guests who’s eaten at the restaurant before. The walls totally draped with ivory lines and floors adored with rose petals and candles. Hope you enjoy watching their wedding film and check out their photos on my blog.

Hien & Loc, one of the most accommodating and nicest couple to date. In fact, they were introduced to me from a wedding couple that I had pleasure filming a few years back, Susie & Maxx (One of my first couple to book with Tiger Studios). This wedding day was another double duty for my team as we had the privilege of capturing their wedding day for photos and cinema. Started shooting preps at the Citizen Hotel in downtown Sacramento as early as 7am. Tea ceremony was held at their private residence which was followed with their reception at the Happy Garden Restaurant in South Sacramento.

Enjoy the pictures and facebook likes are always appreciated.
